Leica C-Lux Price in US

The light gold color is sophisticated, fashionable, and adaptable. The Leica C-Lux is a multimedia digital camera that performs exceptionally well for photography in daily situations. High-resolution stills and ultra-high definition (UHD) 4030p video may both be captured thanks to the incorporation of a 1″ 20.1MP MOS sensor. The architecture of the sensor allows for a maximum sensitivity of ISO 25600, which makes it possible to operate in low light, and it also provides a maximum shooting rate of 10 frames per second, which is useful for capturing moving scenes. The adaptability of the sensor is complemented by a 15x optical zoom Leica DC Vario-Elmar lens, which has a focal length range that is comparable to 24-360mm and allows for photography in a wide variety of settings. The reach of this lens is enhanced with 5-axis optical image stabilization, which reduces the impression of camera shake to provide imagery that is clearer while working handheld.

The C-Lux is differentiated not only by its performance but also by its physical design, which features both a brilliant electronic viewfinder with 2.33 million dots that allows for eye-level shooting and a touchscreen LCD measuring 3.0 inches with 1.24 million dots. Additionally, the connectivity options of built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth LE make it possible to wirelessly transfer still images and videos to mobile devices using the specialized Leica C-Lux application.

High-resolution stills and video can both be taken within the camera thanks to its huge 20.1MP 1″ MOS sensor, which also features a wide sensitivity range that extends all the way up to ISO 25600. This allows the camera to be used effectively in a wide range of lighting circumstances. The combination of the sensor and CPU also enables a rapid continuous shooting rate of up to 10 frames per second at full resolution, the recording of ultra-high-definition 4K30p video at a bit rate of 100 megabits per second, and the capability to save 8 megapixel stills from 4K video.

A wide-angle to super-telephoto 24-360mm equivalent focal length range is provided by a long-reaching 15x Leica DC Vario-Elmar zoom lens, making it suitable for use in capturing a broad variety of subjects and scenarios. The lens is equipped with a quick 49-point autofocus mechanism in addition to face detection focusing, which enables it to perform effectively with a variety of subject types. In addition to complimenting the reach of the lens, it has 5-axis optical image stabilization, which reduces the appearance of blur in images captured hand-held by compensating for the effects of camera shake.

Good

Even if you get more ‘bang for your buck’ with a one inch sensor, £875 is still a lot of money to spend on a tiny camera. For that amount of money, you could get a very nice interchangeable compact system camera or consumer level DSLR, for example.
However, when compared to the cost of owning a Leica camera, this price is rather low and may even be considered acceptable. This is especially true when considering that the very comparable Panasonic TZ200 can be purchased for a “mere” £150 less. A substantial difference in price, to be sure, but it’s possible that it won’t be enough to entirely dissuade you from choosing the C-Lux over the Lumix, which is the option that comes in second place. Even though the Leica and other cameras appear to have the same internal construction and specifications, we found that the execution of the grip on the Leica was superior. It is up to you to decide whether or not that little detail, the Leica badging, and the Ready Brek-like flush of pride that the latter may provide are enough to justify your purchase in the C-Lux.
